New exhibits and improvements

When a park opens an aviary, renovates the feline sector, or adds an aquarium, we summarize it with the location inside the park and estimated extra time. We point out if it is worth rearranging your route and cite the official statement.

Check these notes before repeating a visit. A well-executed improvement can justify returning: more shade, better visibility, shorter paths for families with children or seniors. If the sector is still in a trial phase, we warn you so you don't cross the whole park in vain.

Conservation

Births and arrivals

We report relevant births and the arrival of species with conservation context. We avoid anthropomorphizing or promising encounters. We indicate if the specimen will be visible or in shelter.

The first days are usually restricted: short viewing hours, covered glass, or staying indoors. Plan with that caution. Patience is also part of the visit, especially with felines, primates, and newly arrived birds that are still adapting.
